Returns All products including decals, banners, liveries, steering wheels, and apparel are non-refundable on the basis of change of mind. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Items are eligible for a refund or replacement only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence. Return shipping for faulty items is covered by Sordo Studios.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund: custom or personalised products (decals, liveries, full wraps), sale or discounted items and digital files or design proofs.
Refund Process Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
